Reading Goals Due For February

Just a reminder that February is coming to an end and after 12 midnight the students will be working on goals they will set for March.

Daily Devotionals Forms Due April 4th

Dear Parents,

In Christian Education we talked about having daily devotions and the importance of having a quiet time with God in the morning and evening just like God told Joshua in Joshua 1:8.  It is very important for students to establish their own quiet time with God each day.  This may include saying the Lord's prayer (Matthew 6:9-13) to themselves, or putting on God's Armour each day (Ephesians 6: 10-18) . If you could please help purchase a devotional book,  or use the online Josh McDowell youth devotions (see the above tab) ,  or the student might read the Book of Psalms etc., that would be appreciated.

Joshua 1:8  Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

The students are to pick a devotional book and do devotions or pray in the morning and before they go to bed.
